What is included
- Scheduled servicing to the manufacturer's schedule for the contract year
- Engine oil to your vehicle's own specification
- Oil filter, air filter and cabin filter
- Periodic inspection at each visit
- Job card history kept for the vehicle across the contract
Engine oil is supplied to your vehicle's own specification — on a modern diesel or a German petrol engine that specification is a material part of the value.
What is not included
- Wear items — brake pads and discs, wipers, tyres, batteries, clutches
- Repairs of any kind, mechanical or electrical
- Brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid and other non-routine fluids
- Accident damage — that is an insurance claim
- Body, paint and detailing work
- Damage from misuse or neglect
