Please note: the prices shown are not final — they are a broad guide, as the exact price also depends on the age and condition of your car. Not sure which tier your car falls in? We never open the high-voltage system
On any electric vehicle, the traction battery, motor, inverter, charging system and thermal management stay closed. Everything in this plan sits outside the high-voltage system, and we say so before you pay rather than after.
What is included
- Three scheduled visits in the contract year, booked in advance
- Scheduled servicing to the manufacturer's schedule — including brake fluid and coolant
- Full exterior decontamination — wash, clay bar, tar and iron fallout removal
- Single-stage machine polish to restore gloss and remove light swirls
- Interior deep clean — vacuum, upholstery and trim treatment, glass
- Alloy wheel deep clean and tyre dressing
- Free pickup and drop, and priority booking for all three visits
What is not included
- High-voltage work of any kind — the battery, motor, inverter, charging system or thermal management
- Repairs, mechanical or electrical, beyond the scheduled service items
- Tyres, wipers and the 12V auxiliary battery
- Brake pads and discs, and other wear items
- Accident repair — that is an insurance claim, quoted separately after inspection
- Body and paint repair — dent removal, respray and panel replacement are quoted separately
- Ceramic coating and paint protection film — arranged through our partners, priced separately
