2. What this website does
This website provides information about our services and lets you request an appointment, request a vehicle valuation, or contact us. Submitting a form is a request only — it is not a confirmed booking, a contract, or a binding quotation until we confirm it with you directly.
3. Pricing and estimates
Turnaround times shown on the site are indicative. All work is quoted before it starts. Quotations are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable GST is shown separately on the tax invoice. Additional work discovered during repair is carried out only after your approval. We do not display promotional countdowns, artificial scarcity, pre-ticked add-ons or any other dark pattern; the price we confirm is the price you pay, with all charges disclosed up front.
4. Payments
Payments are made at the workshop against a GST tax invoice. This website does not accept online payments and never asks for card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking credentials or OTPs. Ignore and report any message claiming to be from us that asks for these.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Appointment requests can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge by calling or messaging us before the scheduled slot. Where work has already begun, charges for labour performed and parts ordered or fitted apply. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Valuation offers for vehicle purchase are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
6. Warranty
Workmanship and parts carry the warranty stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accident damage, misuse, or work carried out elsewhere afterwards.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, abusive, obscene, infringing or unlawful content through our forms, not to impersonate another person, and not to attempt to probe, scan or disrupt this website or its underlying systems. We may refuse service and remove any content that breaches this clause.
8. Intellectual property
The De' KaarNexus name, logo, site content and workshop photographs are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of use of the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
