Paint correction, detailing and coatings
Paint correction removes clearcoat — that is the entire point, and the entire risk. Total clearcoat on a modern car is only a few tens of microns thick, so we measure paint depth before we start.

A scratch you can catch with a fingernail is through the clearcoat and cannot be polished out. It needs paint, and we will say so rather than take money for a correction that will not fix it.
Correction must come before any coating. Applying ceramic coating over swirled paint locks those defects in under a hard layer for years.
Ceramic coating and PPF are 3M products applied by our specialist partner. Coating resists etching and UV and makes the car far easier to wash — it does not stop stone chips. Only PPF does that.
Parts, plainly
- We use genuine OEM parts and quality aftermarket parts. Which one goes on your car depends on the part, the application and the quality available — you are always told, and always given the choice.
- Where genuine really is the right answer — anything coded to the car, safety electronics, structural panels — we say so and explain why.
- Your replaced parts are handed back to you. The one exception is a part replaced under warranty, which has to go back to the supplier.
- Bringing your own part? We will fit it, but we cannot warranty that job — neither the part nor the labour on it.
Estimates and warranty
- Inspection and the written estimate are free. We do not quote a price before we have physically inspected the car, and we do not commit a delivery date either.
- Nothing outside the approved estimate is done. If we find more once the car is apart, we stop and come back to you.
- Our work carries a 6-month warranty, subject to terms. Parts warranty is passed on in full, and we do not charge labour to put our own work right.
- Every vehicle gets a job card recording the work authorised, the work done, the parts fitted and what we observed — kept visit after visit.
